    Terrific ceiling hoist

    "I bought two for our bikes. Installation was easy and they work perfectly. Because of the way our garage ceiling had been drywalled, I replaced the factory screws with longer drywall screws. To install, I drove the center screw first and not quite tight, spun the track to align with the ceiling joist, drove the other screws 90% of the way, and finally tightened everything up. We like how you can unwrap the rope from the cleat and the auto-lock holds the bike until you are ready to lower it."

    Sturdy, Easy to Install

    "This rack is sturdy, well-designed, and constructed. Installation instructions and video were easy to follow. We had 2 of us on ladders in our 12-foot-ceiling garage for safety, though I suspect a more confident person could do it alone. Because my ceiling joists are 24 inches apart, and thus only 2 screw holes, I used slightly longer wood screws, size 10 X 2-inch long for reliability. The flexible hook system is superior to static ones, though I wish the hooks were each 1-inch longer. Still, an excellent lift."
