"This rack is sturdy, well-designed, and constructed. Installation instructions and video were easy to follow. We had 2 of us on ladders in our 12-foot-ceiling garage for safety, though I suspect a more confident person could do it alone. Because my ceiling joists are 24 inches apart, and thus only 2 screw holes, I used slightly longer wood screws, size 10 X 2-inch long for reliability. The flexible hook system is superior to static ones, though I wish the hooks were each 1-inch longer. Still, an excellent lift."
