Limited Lifetime Warranty (not including e-bikes)

Delta warrants its products to be free of defects in either materials or workmanship for the lifetime of the product. This warranty covers the original retail customer and may not be transferred. Covered products are those purchased from an authorized dealer. We are not able to warranty products purchased in "as-is" condition or through auction, liquidation or warehouse sales/sites. This warranty does not cover any damage that may be a result of normal wear and tear, misuse of the product, abuse, unauthorized modification or repairs, accidents, heat, excessive exposure to sunlight, improper handling, storage, maintenance or care, incorrect set-up, use in commercial, rental or teaching environments, or any other irresponsible use

E-bike warranty

Delta e-bikes are covered by the following warranty terms

  • 3 years - Battery, motor and related electronic parts. To receive this coverage the battery must be registered here within 60 days of purchase.
  • 5 years - Frame

Consumer orders

  • Orders can be returned for a refund (less shipping charges regardless of whether paid by customer) within 30 days from receipt. Returns outside of the continental US are not valid.
  • Pivot Racks sold with minor cosmetic flaws are FINAL SALE and not eligible for returns/exchanges. Consumer verifies purchase of cosmetically flawed Pivot Rack upon order.
  • Orders must be returned in their original packaging.
  • Customer is financially responsible for the shipping cost of returned product.
  • We are not able to credit e-bike assembly fees. 
  • We ship customer orders within the continental US only. Shipping to AK & HI is not available at this time.

Delta does not price match competitors. In the event that a product goes on sale on delta’s website, a customer can inquire about the price adjustment within 30 days of receipt. Inquiry and price match not guaranteed. Proof of purchase is required for price adjustments after purchase. Price match exclusions include holiday sales, clearance items and inventory reductions.

 

International orders

Duty/Taxes/Brokerage will be collected upon delivery for Canadian orders. Refusal to pay these charges and return of your order will result in restocking fees. Please note that electric bikes will not be shipped to international addresses.
