Domestic shipping (everything except E-bikes)

Orders are normally shipped same day or within 48hrs by UPS, USPS or FEDEX from our warehouses in Boston or Los Angeles. Shipping and handling charges are determined by the highest shipping and handling cost item ordered; any additional items ordered effectively ship for free! Charges vary by weight and volume and range from $5.99 to $19.99. A tracking number will be sent to the email address provided upon shipment. Delivery can take up to seven business days depending on where you live.

Domestic shipping (E-bikes)

  • E-bikes are shipped FREE to a consumer's home.
  • Additional delta accessories purchased with your e-bike will ship separately.
  • Bike shop professional assembly costs $200.
  • A tracking number will be sent to the email address provided upon shipment.
  • Delivery can take up to seven business days depending on where you live.
  • Professional assembly delivery times are determined by availability at the selected bike shop.

Duty & Taxes

Duty/Taxes/Brokerage will be collected upon delivery for Canadian orders. Refusal to pay these charges and return of your order will result in restocking fees. Please note that electric bikes will not be shipped to international addresses.
