"This bike stand brought organization to my garage! Very straightforward and quick step-up. Very easy to adjust. I'm using the stands to hold 30lb fat bikes. The key to a stable set-up is to position the two rear arms with just enough width to back the rear wheel/tire into the stand. I will likely buy several more stands for road bikes."

"Put this together for my sister. I feel that all four thumb screws need re-located so that you are not scraping your knuckles on the floor when adjusting them. They all need to be at about 45 degrees from vertical, facing upward away from the floor. In addition, the two that you have to reach under the rails to even get to - they need moved all the way around so that they are also 45 degrees from vertical, facing upward and outward, so that they are not under the rails. Otherwise the unit is light and easy to move around and will serve her purposes just fine."

Q&A
- I ordered the Adjustable Floor Stand 2 pack from Amazon. One of the vertical parts is defective. Amazon wants me to return both of the bike racks for a replacement. Wondering if I there is a way to get just a replacement for the one defective part. Its the vertical part on the left side (from the perspective of the bike).

- Thanks for your question. The bike should be stored by the rear wheel to avoid tipping! MTB tires otherwise are a great fit!
- What is the outside diameter of the pipe that serves as the base for this unit?
- The measurement of the base footprint are labeled in our imagery. The base measures roughly 17" across, 15" deep.
- I am trying to find a rack that my three young sons can easily use - all under the age of 9. How easy is this to use? In another post you mention connectors for each rack as they had 4 bikes. I can't seem to find the connector you are referencing?
