"I bought this at a bike shop kind of far away so ita not worth the return. I went to put my bike on the car when I got home and its too long on the shortest length for my polygon mountain bike. To be fair it is a small size mountain bike, but its really not that small of a bike. It wraps around but it is not tight enough for me to feel safe with my $1300 bike dangling from my car with how loose it is. If you have a bigger bike this thing is great quality, sturdy metal and rubber covering the ends to not scratch your bike. Just unfortunately, to big for me."

- I borrowed my friend's Delta crossbar to see how it would work out on my bike. It worked well so I bought one for myself. Only it is different from her's in 2 ways, mine is longer and the two hooks are both the same size. The older version fits on my bike much better. Wondering if you still have the older model available? I took a photo but don't see a way to attach it here.
