"The only downside is that we had to purchase 2 different sets, one for our mountain bikes and one for our gravel bikes. Otherwise, they are easy to use, and hold the bikes securely. When I emailed asking which model would work for our gravel bikes and provided the thru-axel dimensions, I received a very prompt reply. The order arrived quickly and the mount fit both our bikes well with the proper spacer."

"Thru Hitch purchased due to great adaptable design and specifically to carry fit my 110 x 15mm mountain bike fork fitment onto my Thule roof rack and has worked faultlessly, also works well with 100 x 15mm Trek Boone fork. I have just purchased a new Trek Checkpoint with 100 x 12mm fork sizing but unfortunately the diameter of the end caps is approximately 2mm too large to fit the fork slots. There is plenty of material to allow the end cap to be trimmed back on the lathe which will hopefully solve the problem for my particular scenario."

- Is there an adapter for a road quick release?
- There is no adapter for a quick release skewer, this only works for thru axles with a diameter of 12 or 15mm. Our other high mounts will work with a standard quickly release skewer, as needed
