Shoulda bought another Airzund

"The clip kit sold for $12 + $6 shipping is only $7 less than an complete Airzounds unit with free shipping on Amazon. The parts are useful, but over priced, especially considering the high shipping cost. Once ordered, no way to cancel the order."

Received item, it had broken clamp, they won't respond to my e-mail

"The horn is INCREDIBLY LOUD!!! I received the airhorn in the mail and after opening the box and went to install it on my e-scooter, I noticed the smaller handlebar clamp was broken. It is temporarily attached with a small bungee cord to my handlebars. I sent them an e-mail describing this problem on Monday and it is now Thursday night and they still haven't responded!!! Do they really backup their products? I give it 5 *'s for the product itself but 1 * for the customer service!!! I received a broken product and your company needs to replace this broken part."

Q&A

According to the Airzound bike horn description, it seems that the clamp suited for 31.8 mm handlebars is NOT included with the horn and I must then buy this extra clamp in order to install it on my road bike. Did I get it right? If so, why do you folks at Delta don't simply provide both clamps (for small and large diameter handlebars) with the horn?
