"Sent an email about returning due to misplaced order and not needing the item and nobody ever responded. I sent another email and still no response. Item was never removed from shipping box because noticed I didn’t need the item before it got delivered but was already in transit. Unfortunate that nobody responded and couldn’t respond to even help me out. Not great customer service"

"We inherited a "2-Bike Gravity Stand" purchased by our daughter. It was missing one the the arms that held the bike. Delta had replacement arms available on their website at a reasonable cost. I am always irritated when replacement parts are NOT available, so I send Thanks and Great Appreciation to Delta for making them available !! :) !! I knew nothing about the stand (since I did not purchase it) and I did not have any info - it took a bit of looking to find the correct storage arms on the website. But FINALLY I found it, my next step would have been to call and ask the help line. Yes - Delta has that option available. Good Product, Good Service!"
