"As much as I’ve tried to give grace, I would have given “0” stars. Reason is Delta had the incorrect address. Sent it, I replied giving correct address via email, voice messages only to have them resend it to the incorrect address again. Called customer service, left message, left messages with customer service, no human contact, left more messages emails several times and voice mails to non humans. And still resent to incorrect address. Not trying to reach out for refund and no human response or email response. Guess I’m out my $27? Ordered 2-sets of arm sleeve replacements. Never had this happen from anyone. It’s really bad service not to be able to reach a human and yet the company message is they are #1 in customer service, lol"
"Original sleeves lasted around 3yrs. I really love the bike rack so I decided to replace it. Is nice to be able to replace parts with an affordable price. Excellent service. I just replace it and fit perfectly in the rack. Hopefully this ones last longer."
