"This product is well designed and easy to install. I appreciate adjustable shelves. The usable shelf is 14” D. The 16” spec includes the vertical upright plus the upturned end of the bracket. The cotter pins are very small and hard to place without a pliers. The lowest shelf position is not really usable because the bottom of the bracket in this position butts against (into) drywall rather than the upright. If the upright extended an inch lower, the lowest station could be used."

What size screw fits in the two holes in the arm brackets. I have wood shelves going on top and would like to secure them to the arm brackets.
