Q&A

I purchesed a 60 in Quick Rack shelving unit. I got 2 30 inch racks. Still OK. You state that they can just be joined. HOWEVER, there are 2 sets of tubes (8 in total) with rubber feet on them that cannot be used as a regular tube. 4 of them need to be used as a regular tube in order for the unit to work. I need to put the top handles into an emptey tube, NOT a tube with a rubber foot on it. How do I get the rubbher foot off???? You have nothing in your instructions that addresses this issue. Please Help. Thank you. Ann Dowie (360)344-2338. Pacific Time.
Hi Ann - We'd be happy to help. Please email our customer service team by emailing spares@deltacycle.com with photos if possible!
I just asked about stacking higher than 2 and understand your answer regarding "safety", however I am considering going 3 high for a very specific use in my shop where I assemble & configure Intel NUC PCs for use in digital signage. I would anchor the unit to the wall near the top and put various cables into plastic tubs for easy identification and access, with heaviest item at the bottom and lighter up higher.
It sounds like you're taking all the proper precautions! Stacking in this case would be just fine!
Can these be stacked 3 or even 4 high?
While we do note that you can stack 2 Quick Racks together, we do not encourage stacking 3+ for safety reasons. Thank you for your question!
How much does the rack weigh?
each rack weighs about 10 lb.
