"After initial install I needed to adjust the tilt. Completely unscrewed tightening bolt and the mirror was still tightly stuck. Wedges never disengaged; had to yank out w pliers. 4 thin cheap plastic tabs are the tightening wedge and 2 broke. Will not purchase or recommend this brand"

Please provide installation instructions for this product
We are working on completing those instructions, but in the meantime, please see below: 1. Remove plug from the left side of the bar. 2. Insert end of mirror with expanding bolt into the end of bar. 3. Twist knob on mirror to tighten the expanding bolt securing the mirror to the bar. 4. Adjust the mirror to your preferred location for the best viewing position.
