"And their customer service is poor."

"This product does not work for handlebars with a 35mm clamp diameter."

not happy

"I have had several of these and the rubber bands keep breaking. It does not work well with large phones"

Good design, cheap components

"I really like the design of this phone holder and how it keeps my phone secure and easily accesible. I use it only on my commute and I don't mistreat any of my equipment, which is why I'm disappointed at the quality of the material used for the straps that hold the phone. Due to the straps breaking, I've had to purchase many spare parts in the last year, surpassing by much the price of my initial investment. I have decided to stop using this product instead of spending 10 dollars a month just replacing time after time the cheap silicone hold."

Customer service

"I recently purchased the mount and my web-band had broke during the ride. When I returned home, I went online to purchase a replacement. I was shocked to find out that I could not purchase one as a stand alone replacement part. I contacted customer service and within a few hours had a response to my email stating they would ship me a new one with proof of a purchase and a photo of the break. A couple days later I sent my proof of purchase in and a photo of the break. within 2 hours I received an email confirmation stating they shipped me 2 new web-bands, free of charge. I do believe this to be one of the best phone mount systems available, and the customer service just backed this up. It did stink that the band broke so fast, but it was replaced just as fast. I would recommend this product."

Love the positioning of my

"Love the positioning of my phone while riding my bike. The only bad thing is that I live in Arizona. I am afraid to have my phone in direct sunlight, during the very hot Summer months."

Q&A

If I need to replace the screw, what are the specs on it? Do you sell them?
Please fill out the contact form at the bottom of our website so that customer service can assist you
I got the x mount as a birthday gift. It mounts to the stem. Both times I’ve tried to ride with it, the phone holder and phone have fallen off. Fortunately the phone has been fine. Any suggestions? The screw pulls out when the phone cradle falls.
Hello - this could be a case of needing to tighten the bolt a little further on the stem cap. There should be no room for movement or 'rattle' when the phone is mounted. If you need additional assistance, please reach out and we can assist!
Hi I have an x mount holder and I used the stem support and holder only and it is tight do I need to use a shim
No! A shim is only needed if you think an extra layer of material is needed in order to obtain a good grip/tight fit. If your phone mount is secure, no shim needed!
