"After only 7 rides (mostly on paved trails) I went down a trail, hit the first minor bump and my phone went flying. Discovered the mounting back was still attached to the phone but the twin mounting arms had snapped. Can't see this lasting one day if on trail the entire time. This should be sold ONLY for street bike use."
"I've bought two of these now, and both of them have snapped off while riding, one time causing me to fall. The first time, I was going over a bump, but the second time, it broke for no apparent reason."
"My son broke his 1st one being to rough on it and they sent a new one no charge."
"Phone holder snapped on the metal stem at 30kmh phone went flying and shattered. Do not buy!!!!"

"Great holder, stable holds even the biggest phones on mtb (Note8)"

"Not much more to say... except it'd be nice to easily by replacement webbing. Not readily available on Amazon or this website evidently"
