"In 2024, I bought the Delta Thru-Axle Hitch Pro adapter. This product comes with several thru axle inserts for carrying bikes with different thru axle diameters and widths. I somehow lost one of the adapters that I needed and was afraid that I'd have to buy a whole new mount. I reached out to Delta and received a quick reply with a link that enabled me to purchase the small parts I was missing. I received notice the same day that my order had shipped and received the ordered parts in three days! Fantastic customer service and fantastic that spare parts were even available. I highly recommend Delta products and Delta customer support for standing behind what they sell."
"Great customer service and response quickly"
