Q&A

I bought the HL6300 when I bought my bike a couple of months ago. They installed it using the stem mount option. The stem mount became loose so I removed the phone holder from it and attempted to tighten it. As I tightened it the head of the stem bolt punched through stem mount. I don't feel like I was using enough force to cause this to happen. is this a common problem and can you help me? Thank you.
